Applications are invited to apply for the Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund at Arqus European University 2025/2026 it is basically in Brussels.
All International Students who are applying for the Masters or Doctoral program from all over the world are eligible to apply for a Fully Funded Scholarship at Arqus European University Alliance based on merit. All expenses will be provided by the European Government.
The Scholarship is available for the postgraduate level. There is No Application Fee required to apply. International students have a fantastic opportunity to study at one of the topmost partner universities in Europe.
Financial Benefits:
Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund at Arqus European University Alliance 2025/2026 will benefit you with 1,400.00€/month. This is the allowance for your expenses either the living costs, medical insurance or a materials allowance.
The Arqus Talent Scholarship will cover the tuition fee.

- Confirmation of application to the entrance university
- Motivation statement
- PhD research proposal (doctoral students only)
- BA/MA diploma/degree certificate
- Letter of recommendation
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Passport
- Language Certificate
Eligibility Criteria:
The Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund at Arqus European University Alliance 2025/2026, will base on the following eligibility criteria:
- The student should be international and applying for a Ph.D. program in a partner university in Europe
- The student should admit to the doctoral program with a minimum B grade in the previous master’s record.
- The student must have sufficient language proficiency equivalent to a B2 in any of the language Alliance.
